The Client wishes to engage the DJ to provide DJ services. The DJ services shall include providing musical entertainment at the location, date and time described in agreement between customer and DJ. The DJ may also perform related additional services, including making general announcements. MC isn’t included in this rate, responsible party will provide MC or pay additional $100.00 for MC services.Partialhours will not be pro-rated.
 DJ Requirements. 
The DJ requires the following space and electrical requirements in order to provide DJ Services.Space Requirements:Area by an electrical socket and table, we can provide table if needed. Cancellation.By Client. The Client may cancel this Agreement at any time prior to the event. Uponcancellation, the Client will be entitled to a refund of any monies paid, except for the non-refundable deposit.By DJ. The DJ may cancel this Agreement at any time. In the alternative, the DJ shall refund all monies previously paid by the Client, including the non-refundable deposit.Dispute Resolution and Legal Fees. In the event of a dispute arising out of this contract that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the Parties agree to engage in mediation. if the matter cannot be resolved through mediation, and legal action ensues, the successful party will be entitled to its legal fees, including, but not limited to its attorneys’ fees. sever ability. In the event any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, that part shall be severed from the remainder of theAgreement and all other provisions should continue in full force and effect as valid and enforceable. Legal and Binding Agreement. This Agreement is legal and binding between the Partiesas stated above. This Agreement may be entered into and is legal and binding both in theUnited States and throughout Europe. The Parties each represent that they have theauthority to enter into this Agreement.8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. The Parties agree that this Agreement shall begoverned by the State and/or Country in which both Parties do business. In the event that the Parties do business in different States and/or Countries, this Agreement shall be governed by State law. Entire Agreement. The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement representsthe entire agreement between the Parties. In the event that the Parties desire to change, add, or otherwise modify any terms, they shall do so in writing to be signed by both parties.Music request. The DJ will make every reasonable effort to play any appropriate(determined at the discretion of the DJ) musical requests, but cannot be held responsibleif specific selections are not available. The DJ shall have no obligation to play musicprovided by the Client’s guest that wasn’t provided before hand. We will definitely attemptto provide but not a guarantee. The DJ will make a concerted effort to have any music requested available if a request is received in writing or electronically in a reasonable period prior to the date of performance. Meals. clients must provide 2 meal during the wedding event, also DJ are allowed to take a break every 2 hours at a wedding event, and prefer to eat when the wedding party eats so that nothing is missed.The Parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth above as demonstrated by their booking.
